Shed 1C on the Beauty Point Wharf has received a major facelift!
Painting on the southern wall of our building has now been completed. Many thanks to the Port Authority for completing this huge task.
Our entrance is now clearly signed, thanks to Gray & Leslie at Cam River Signs!
Interior renovations are now complete, to provide easy access between our two main exhibit rooms and theater.
The seating platform in our mini-theater is now completed and installed along with our theater screen.
Construction of our stalactite generator has been completed and is now operating. It will be amazing to observe people's reactions when they see how quickly real stalactites can be formed! As we often have to explain; it doesn't take millions of years, it just takes the right process!
Painting of the interior walls is done, with new carpet laid in the second exhibit room.
Fossil cabinets have been constructed and painted, and are now being filled with our amazing collection of fossils, including many exquisite specimens on loan from John Mackay at Creation Research.
Our scale model of Noah's Ark is now housed in a custom built cabinet ready for labelling.
Our focus is now shifting to preparing the information and graphics to be included on signs throughout the exhibition.
